Room, bedding, blackout curtain improved sleep. Friendly reception staff opened car door, greeted us till elevator. Cleaning lady helpful and friendly. Stunning room with excellent view. Highly recommend. Close to tube stations. Fantastic accommodation and staff. Late check out. Great facilities, good location. Best dinner in London. Friendly check-in/out staff who remembered my name throughout the stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being so close to the Thames pathway makes it easy to explore the beautiful riverside. Additionally, the proximity to train stations and tube stations allows for convenient transportation around the city. The room was ready for us upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise, and the staff were excellent in assisting us with our luggage. The cleanliness and style of the hotel were exceptional, and the comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The lighting in the room for doing makeup was not ideal, but it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were pretty good too make our New Year's celebration special. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. One of the best aspects was the location. It was conveniently located near many eateries and places to drink, making it easy to venture out and explore.

The TV channel info was not available, a bit inconvenient. We had to spend some time searching for channels and figuring out what was available.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to restaurants, bars and tube stations. the luxurious amenities provided in the spacious and clean rooms weren't only comfortable, but also exclusive. I enjoyed a tasty breakfast and had access to the private facilities, which made my stay more enjoyable. the friendliness of the employees, who went above and beyond, made me feel welcome and valued.

We had an fabulous stay at Bankside Hotel. The individual design and attention to detail were amazing. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable. We were kinda surprised when the staff set up a birthday cake and decorations for my daughter's special day. The hotel staff were nice and attentive throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.
